Customers enjoy getting their hair done, as the stylists are attentive to their needs and leave them feeling like a new person. However, some customers have experienced minor issues, such as the salon opening later than advertised and a customer receiving a minor burn from the blow dryer. It says it opens at 8am and when I get there it’s closed. They open at 10 am. I’m giving them 3 stars because when doing my hair, the blow dryer was too hot and she burned me. I now have a burnt spot on my neck but All in all my hair came out beautiful and she was so nice to my toddler and she definitely knew how to manage my hair.

Very nice staff. Use good products. Provide many services and hair processes. My hair always looks so nice when I’m done. So affordable for the East Village. Nice to know they haven’t change prices because of gentrification. Their deep conditioning treatment under the dryer works wonders for dry damaged hair. Go there. You’ll be a happy camper!
