As someone with dark brunette hair, I've always been a little hesitant about coloring my hair because it can go wrong so easily. I booked a consultation with Carlos to discuss my options, and he immediately put me at ease. He helped me envision a look that was different from what I had originally imagined for myself, but ultimately much better suited to me.
We decided on a mushroom-toned balayage with babylights, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful about my preferences throughout the process. The color he created enhanced my natural features in a way that felt both subtle and transformative.
