Caesar has been tattooing me for several years now back when his shop was in alphabet city nyc....his art speaks volumes...the detail in the art absolutely crazy, when I first met Caesar & I was visiting the shop meeting up with him trying to figure out what I really wanted for my sleeve there was always 4 - 5 people standing around watching him work ...turned out they were professional tattoo artist he was teaching his incredible realistic shading technique too, which nobody was doing...so that was all i needed to see..so yeah this the guy I def wanted to tattoo me...

Caesar is by far the most talented and mindful artists I have ever gone to. From the opening consultation to the work he spends with you during the artistic process, you feel at ease. If you are considering between multiple artists stop what you are doing and go to Caesar. We're halfway through a sleeve and I already get stopped on the street daily by people saying how sick it looks.
Multiple sessions for calf+ tattoo, leave pleased every time. Caesar is a top-tier artist. He is happy to work through design and redesign. Every time we finish a section I am amazed at how much better it came out than I thought. It helps that Caesar is very worldly and well-read because he inspires thoughtful conversation. But he is also happy to listen to any music or provide nearly any movie. 5 stars!!!
