Absolutely appalling service!! These people are embarrassingly incompetent. They've lost my stuff. They are now two weeks late in laundering the 5 shirts I gave them. My order was due to be done Aug 11; it is now Aug 24 and I still don't have a solid return delivery date. Really?? And then they have to gaul to suggest I drive 20 miles to pick my shirts up from their distribution center. What???!!! Laundry ain't brain surgery. Is a troop of wild monkeys running this business??? OMG
