Would have given 5 stars however the last time I was there, 6 washing machines were not working. The place was crowded, having the 6 washing machines working would have speeded up the process
I've been using The Mat Two for years, it's the best laundromat in the area and maybe in the city. It's big and clean, open 24 hours, has Air Conditioning in the summer. I've used the drop off service a bunch of times and that's great too! Love The Mat!
More inclined to give this place or 2 than 3 because lately, every time I walk in, there are less and less washers available. The majority of the washers and many of the dryers all have "out of service" labels on them. That's kind of annoying. Why is there seemingly nobody fixing these machines? Fortunately, every time I've used a dryer that appears to be working, but clearly isn't, at least the employees have offered a refund. But what I would rather have, is a laundromat where most of the machines are working rather than not. I continue to go to this place because it's convenient. It's also reasonably priced. That may have to change soon.
