Jack Woods delivers and picks up my laundry in a timely manner and I love the fact that my laundry is picked up and delivered in the morning. Also, I am pleased with the consistency of next day delivery. In the past my laundry delivery was sometimes delayed which would mean I didn't have the clothing items I needed but that has not happened in a long time. Finally, my clothes are nicely folded when I receive them. One small issue is that occasionally other people's socks end up in my delivered laundry.

I dropped off a dress I wanted to wear to a wedding, and was told to pick it up three days later. Three days later and the dress was not there, staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the mistake, had been using the service for three years with no issues. I won't be going back.

This is a faux tech-enabled business. The have slapped a poorly designed front end on an almost non-existent backend and then done nothing to train or ensure adoption by the dry cleaners execute/complete the work for them. The advertised savings are the only selling point - which if delivered might be worth the brain damage - but 3 of the last time they've over charged me significantly. And as noted the customer service is almost comically bad and the coordination between what the app suggests the pickup/delivery time/date is and the actual pickup/delivery time could not be more disconnected. Finally the support team has zero direct connectivity to the purveyor of the service (aka the physical dry cleaner storefront). TBH I've tried next for over a year and across at least 12 individual occasions and as much as I wanted this to work I'm throwing in the towel. Much easier to just go to your dry cleaners directly and deal with them than bang your head against the wall w ByNext.

I will never use this service again. Every single time I use them, they reschedule my order for no reason, and they change the dropoff date to DAYS later. The support staff is very rude. I receive items back with new stains on them. The service is wildly expensive for the lack of quality and reliability. One time I had to go pick up my order because they refused to drop it off in the timeframe they promised, and they didn't refund the order or credit my account. I had to take an uber there and back so the whole thing ended up costing so much money.

Hopefully the owners of this company teaches a lesson! who drives XHU-H80 NJ needs to learn to share a line. Very aggressive driver be aware happened tonight.
