do yourself a favor and dont use Bynext They WILL lose your clothes. My laundry has been delayed so many times and it is likely lost. Now that its likely lost the customer service agents are resorting to ghosting me and giving me the run around. Ive been in contact as much as I can and am doing my part See photos attached with continuous and repeated delays on delivery. Note that Im posting this on Saturday morning and have been told it is supposed to be now. i was originally doing this to save my girlfriend some time because shes been extremely busy. this is terrible Its not. Been a customer for many years now but wish I never had been.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I was a loyal customer for four years and then one day I got my laundry back and 2/3 of it was missing. That was all the underwear I owned, a linen duvet sheet that retails for $300+, a dress I've had for 15 years, a skirt that belonged to my grandmother, and many other sentimental and practical items. When I told them, sending descriptions and all the photos I could find, they didn't get back to me for more than the 10 days in their policy and when they did they said "we are sorry we couldn't find your shirt" as if they had lost ONE ITEM, and offered a pathetic $140. The app ByNext /Cleanly is a terrible company and a scam. Their only job is to take your clothes, clean them, and deliver but it seems like they fail consistently at this basic task. They lost my clothes. The customer service is absolutely abysmal, unresponsive and extremely rude. I have since posted about this to my neighborhood groups and numerous people, including friends, have told me about the mishaps they've had with them such as lost clothes, wrong bags being delivered and expensive items that were supposed to be delivered being lost entirely. They lost an entire bag of my family's clothes. I wish I had read the yelp reviews as well as the vice article... read full review
