Have been coming to Butterfly for a few years, and by far, IVY is the BEST technician I've ever had. Besides her exceptional skills at what she does & hercomplete thoroughness, she has an amazing personality & is SUPER nice, committed & answered all my questions. She is the BEST!
Kim Le is the best for highlights ! I’ve been going to her for many years, and she always makes me look AND feel my BEST! …. Kim is a true artist , sweet and consistent. I sit down in her chair with brown ( and some grey) roots and leave with silky blonde hair ! Shes amazing at what she does, and I appreciate her work, the conversations, snacks ….and the best wash too !
I've been going to Kim Le for my hair color for over a decade and trust no one else with it. I'm a mid-brunette with heavy red undertones that has been platinum to dirty blonde for years and she has always worked with me on balancing look and care. Would highly recommend
