My wife flew for medical reasons to Boston FROM EUROPE. She booked this and she was very excited. Roger took our money in advance even claiming his stuff were thrown in the road by the owner of the place he was renting and that if we pay full he'd give better price. Having said that now she rented a car, drove all the way there he never picked up. Salon told my wife he hasn't shown up for weeks and that he doesn't work even there anymore and to be careful. Well too late for that but it's a lesson. Horrible person and a scummer be careful.
Very upset!!! I booked for today 4/30 and it was confirmed. I went and the studio is closed, called the salon multiple times and no answer. I wasted my time and money coming here. Why would they confirm my 2:10pm appointment and not be open.
