Roger is a hair genius. I sat down and essentially just said, "fix me," and he created a natural, dynamic, unique color and cut that perfectly suited my hair texture, length, color, and skin tone. There are thousands of people in the city that can give you highlights, but how many approach it like a work of art rather than a one-size-fits all recipe? Roger is an artist that will maximize what you have to make you feel fresh, glossy, and proud of your hair.
Roger is an absolute gem! I am going gray. Scratch that. My hair is growing in white and I’ve been dying it brown for a while now. Roger transformed my head today in one session. He took out the brass, added new color, highlights, and toner; not only did he consider my complexion and what would look good, but he really took care to explain why he choose certain techniques and ultimately gave me results that I am ecstatic about!! I can’t recommend him enough. I now have to change my google pic bc I’m a blond!
I was recently visiting NYC and my platinum blonde roots were way overdue for a touch up. I searched for a stylist that was experienced with blondes and took same day appointments. I was beyond impressed with Roger. It is SO scary to go to someone new as a blonde, it's so hard to get right. Even my stylist of 3 years has been disappointing me lately. Roger was so thorough, careful not to overlap, careful of my eyebrows I just had microbladed and he even corrected the bands left over from my stylist and gave me a little trim.
