Spent a few years trying to find a good class I liked going to. As an athlete used to lifting frequently, the B FIT classes are a great way to get a similar workout in a group setting (warm up/lift/conditioning)

Brick is a great gym with a variety of classes for people who like traditional CrossFit as well as classes that have more strength training or more high-intensity workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and pleasant. The locker rooms (M & F) are clean and spacious and have showers. Towel service is included, with two kinds of towels (small for workouts, and big for showers).

As far as I'm concerned, there is no better gym in NYC than Brick. The coaches and staff are friendly and supportive and the programming is top notch. I have been to many CrossFit gyms in the city over the years and I can confidently say that there is no comparison when it comes to the quality of programming and coaching staff at Brick. No matter what your fitness level is, the coaches will find a way to ensure you are getting the proper stimulus without risking injury. No matter what class you choose to take, you are guaranteed to get a great workout!
