The owner of this place Carla Santana still hasn't refund me back after almost 3 years which she couldn't give the service for. She is not only a thief, but also liar and blocked me on Venmo. She still owes me $600 and she is looking for new place to start her business. Watch out for this scammer

Professionally, Carla is very quick, thorough, and generous with her service; any on-the-run, perfectionist would love her waxing technique. It's a small salon and the prices are very reasonable. I've been going to her since 2016 and am glad she is reopened! Personally, Carla is very sincere and kind, I enjoy her energy and our chats. She even remembered and honored my prepaid package from pre-covid times (almost 18 months after date of purchase).Service: Brazilian wax

Trash establishment, it says appointment only, called 3 times & she never knew the schedule & I should call back. So I did & the last call she's like oh we're closed for the week & im on my lunch break can I call you back? Literally every sentence she contradicts herself. They literally turn down customers. Not sure what kind of business they're trying to run but save your $ & time & go else where.
