My favorite yoga studio in the city! I travel from Brooklyn just to attend. The instructors are absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. Jean is the owner and she’s super down to earth and very gentle with her instructions. Jessica is quite possibly my favorite yoga instructor of all times. It’s always a moving meditation that i just happen to break a sweat in. Murphy is incredibly technical and patient. Can’t say enough great things and I also love the small class size and getting to know all the regulars. I always enter with all the stress of the city and leave feeling refresh and recharged. ❤️

The Bowery Yoga is a new great discovery for me. I am in love with instructor Jessica. Her hand-on adjustments, notes about the poses and kind full presents made me understood more about yoga that many more past experiences. That’s so inspiring, that people can take care so much about you. Isn’t it what is yoga about?

I was at BY this weekend for my Yoga4Cancer training and it is a magical place. Next time I'm in NYC I plan to come for a yoga class in this peaceful space. Namaste
