Borja was recommended to me. I now have orange zebra stripes, mixed with pale yellow/whitish ones. I went in with over 4 inches of roots. I'm now scrambling to find someone to fix it. Borja did not argue with me when I asked to be reimbursed. Not happy I have to give her even 1 star
