I’ve been coming here for years and today’s visit showed that I might need to find somewhere else to receive medical care. I have no issue with the provider but the staff who handles check in needs to be schools in patient care and privacy. My while visit was overwhelming. I appreciate Stephanie in the lobby for providing comfort and assistance when she noticed me visibly upset. She was able to help me get the information I needed. Pharmacy staff is alway kind and helpful.
When you call they pick up and hang up, they don’t really care about the patients here…. They always have an attitude and treat people like they doing us a favor!
It's always a breath of fresh air to call and be attended by customer service representatives at the Boriken Neighborhood Health Center. Today I had to make a few appts for my family. I just want to give homage to Hailey from Dental, Maria from the Call Center and Stephanie Campos from Women's Health. Not only are they so attentive but are so kind. It's like I can feel their positive energy through the call. I'll never stop going to Boriken because this place has not only great service but everyone who is the face of this Health center is just simply phenomenal. Attentive and get the job done.
