This location is the best. I go out of my way to visit this store, even though it is farther from me. The employees are always helpful, kind, and truly knowledgeable. Awa was especially great. She spent a lot of time with me reviewing hair products tailored to my specific needs. I could not recommend this store more.

I had such a great experience with Melinda at Bluemercury. She went above and beyond to help me and made the entire visit feel really personalized. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before making recommendations.

What really stood out was how genuinely kind and attentive she was. Great customer service like that is rare these days, and it made the whole shopping experience so much better. If you’re visiting Bluemercury, definitely ask for Melinda. She’s amazing!

Had a great experience. Walked in while it was snowing to basically buy anything and had a wonderful team give me a five min make over and left with $200 worth of makeup! Thank you Jeannie and Rachel from the Amsterdam location!!
