Ok first and foremost as a business owner myself I know and understand the importance of patronage. When a client leaves there local practitioner to come to me for care I go that extra mile to show them I appreciate them. With this establishment that is not at all the case. The employees are rude unprofessional and are basically running the establishment as they see fit while the owner sits by and does nothing. I got lashes done and they literally fell off the next day. My favorite place to get my eyelashes done! I have been coming to this salon for 2 years now and always love my lashes. I get the natural super silky and I love the texture and look!

Best nail salon on the UES! Everything is always clean , staff is very friendly and especially quick and efficient !! Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians are lovely. My nails have never been so healthy, wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!
