Can I say the start of 2023 is going great so far. Today, on New Years Day, I needed to stop at Bluemercury to pick up something for a belated Christmas gift for my co-worker. When I arrived, I wanted to check out the candles that were on sale from your email listing I get from your store. I saw a few of your name brand ones which were ok but remembered that your store has the Nest brand of candles, which has such a wide collection. Then your amazing salesperson Angie came over to assist me. She was so great with suggestions, I was only going to get candles. The store has a wide and complete array of skincare products. However, the shop attendant on duty was not pleasant. As I was looking around the store, I did not realize she had asked me a question as I thought she was tending to another customer. She then started snapping her fingers at me and saying "hey!". Bluemercury should seriously improve its hospitality requirements for shop attendants.
