My first time visiting a Blue Mercury location was life changing. It will definitely not be the last thanks to Charlie’s above & beyond attentions! She was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, honest & kind when she found my grandmother’s wallet nearby, contacted us & returned it safely. She is a person of integrity, intelligence & kindness; qualities that only true leaders embody! Blue Mercury is lucky to have such a wonderful person on their team.

Marina is the BEST!!! I have a plane to catch in 2 hours and she found the Olaplex products I needed from another store and hand delivered them to my apt building!!!Marina you are AMAZING!! THANK YOU!!!
