James Toribio and the team at BLUEMERCURY NYC Union Square deserve real recognition.

I came in looking for the Victoria Beckham Complexion Drops, which were not available in the store. James took the time to help me, located the product at another BLUEMERCURY location in South Carolina, and worked to have it shipped to New York. He was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find what I needed.

There was a small issue afterward with the shipment, which arrived without the original item I had gone in for. Still, that does not take away from the excellent service I received from James and the Union Square team.

I had such a wonderful experience at Union Square Bluemercury location all thanks to Ana. She provided incredible personalized recommendations for my skin tightening routine and made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. It is rare to find such genuine, bright, knowledgeable service, and her expertise really made a difference. I’m already looking forward to my next visit specifically to see her and I won't go anywhere else for my beauty needs now. Highly recommend seeking her out.
