Jane is amazing. I. Called to book a facial and she answered the phone and could not be more accommodating. Had a facial with Caterina and it was absolutely amazing. I will be back! Every store needs a “Jane”!

I’ve come in the store a bunch now and multiple times have been successfully assisted by Jane! Jane is so helpful, opened my eyes to SO MANY new products and couldn’t be kinder. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood.

I stopped in here to check out their Chantecaille selection. It was great to see that they had everything I wanted since in the past, they had been out of stock of a lot of the items I wanted. I was really happy to see how much the customer service has improved in this store. I've been shopping this location the past four years, and it was great to finally see the staff welcome their customers and be excited to offer assistance. It looks like Bluemercury has finally stepped up their customer service!
