Went with a coworker/friend when in town for work. We were taken right away and pedicure was great but my gel manicure was super bumpy AND my nails feel super weak. When I went back about an hour later asking for them to smooth out the finish the staff laughed in my face. Horrible manicure but fine for pedicure I guess.
Got a pedicure, very expensive and the lady scoffed at me giving “only” a 15% tip afterwards. The shellac completely peeled off two of my toe nails the next day. The staff are pushy for you to get extras and seem to rush. Won’t be coming back, I’ve had better results for way less money at other places in LES
I love this salon! The price for the quality of service, especially in New York City, is incredible. The people working always make me feel welcome and I leave pleased with my nails! I will keep coming back here.
