This was my first time going to Bloom Beauty Lounge. I liked my experience with Lynette. The full length recliner chair at the shampoo sink was excellent. You could definitely fall asleep in it while getting your hair washed. Lynette washed my hair really good turning my head from side to side to make sure she got all the spots ? Her massages to my head were fantastic putting me in a state of bliss or should I say bloom ? Her whole technique in doing my hair was great! When she brought me back to her chair, she had me lean forward and then bring my head back up with my curls. I will be back back

UPDATE: The salon took the time to fix the haircut, free of charge, and did a great job (Frank is a magician). They clearly take a lot of care to make sure all customers are satisfied, and I had a really good experience working with the owners/managers.
