Best experience getting a blow out. I’ve been in NYC for over 10 years, and have never had such an inclusive experience. First of all, I had to reschedule last min due to a family emergency. They were empathetic over the phone and didn’t charge me for the change. At my appointment they were kind and treated me so well. My hair is thick and they didn’t make me feel bad or charge me extra for my natural texture, which I think is important if you’re trying to stick to values around welcoming all types of people. I will come back here and bring my friends/family when they want to get their hair done. Thank you for the kindness and care you provide to your clients!

My go to spot for a blowout. I live closer to another location, but still come here as I love the staff. Everyone is super friendly and they provide excellent services. Highly recommend!
