Biscuit and baths at Yorkville Is Cooper’s favorite place. He loves Gianna and Ashley so much that in the mornings when I’m leaving the home and getting him into the car, he knows where he is going. Gianna shows so much love to Cooper and I’m sure that she is like that with all of the Dogs that she works with. In the mornings, when Cooper sees Ashley he goes crazy, wagging his tail and jumping. He is always happy to see her. That tells me that they show love and really care about all the dogs that they are responsible for throughout the day. Biscuits and Bath in Yorkville is amazing. Everyone is caring and helpful. They have been incredibly flexible with scheduling changes, and even help us get the dogs seen by a vet when needed if we are at work. When we got a shelter puppy that can jump and drive people crazy, they have been patient and kind, and helped us get set up with a trainer on site, who also has been great. We are so grateful for their help!

I’ve only had great experiences at Yorkville’s B&B location. The staff is very helpful. I always feel safe bringing my Matilda there to see her friends for daycare!
