We've been taking our dogs to Biscuits & Baths for many years now. We started with the freedom place location on the UWS & have now been with the West End location for the past few years. All of our dogs have loved going to day care. So much so that they run down the hall to the entrance without even looking back at us!! Biscuits & Bath has always had the most attentive & caring staff. So happy to have them in our dogs lives!!

I can’t say enough good things about this Biscuits & Bath location! My 2 pups look forward to daycare every week and always have the best time. The training services at this location are also exceptional and worth every penny. Alyssa, Jane, and Vanessa have made my life and dog care so much easier - scheduling vet visits, trimming nails, and being super accommodating - and I’d be lost without them!

I am always amazed with the service & care from day one. The 21 West End B&B team welcomed my puppy to the daycare with open arms. What I really love about them is how reliable and loving they are with all the dogs. They truly go above and beyond to learn about each dogs personality and continue to make doggy day care so fun! Plus WE B&B's customer service is remarkable, they are always so welcoming and responsive. Even after daycare is closed they are available to answer anything you may need. My pup knows what days he goes to daycare and always looks forward to going, we're so grateful for all that they do!
