So far couldn’t be happier! Started off with leasing office amazing and easy to work with. Stephanie Mercado went above and beyond getting us set up properly as there was unforeseen hiccups. Karina was great too! The building staff are super friendly and great but strict with rules…. So happy so far! Great experience!
I've had a fantastic experience living here! The building is modern, well-equipped, and very well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the few maintenance issues I've had have been resolved very quickly. Highly recommend!
Lived in the Biltmore for six years with my wife. Best decision we ever made in NYC and truly sad to leave. Incredibly staff - the front desk is the best in NYC. Quite literally some of the most magical views in the city for your apartment window. Would recommend to anyone
