    I had a very bad experience with this barber and I truly regret going there.

    I had been growing my hair for 5 months, and when I went to him, I showed him a specific hairstyle that I wanted. Instead of doing what I asked, he gave me a completely different haircut and kept telling me it would look good, but I hated the result.

    He wasted 2.5 hours of my time, and the final cut was terrible β€” no proper fade, no clean beard line, nothing. Just a bad haircut overall.

    On top of that, he charged me $90, which is insane for such poor service. I have never paid that much for a haircut in my life.

    I honestly don’t recommend this place at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

    I originally booked with Lissandro through Booksy. Despite the language barrier, he was friendly, took his time, and gave me a great cut the first couple of times. Unfortunately, my more recent experiences haven’t been as positive.
    On two separate occasions, my appointment was moved two hours later without any explanation. The last time, I was already at the shop waiting when I got the notification that my appointment had been pushed back. When I texted Lissandro, he said he’d be arriving late because he lived two hours away. There was another barber in the shop, Gee, who saw what was happening but didn’t offer to help or step in. He just said, β€œWe have a lot of other good barbers here.”
    To make matters worse, a few months after I noticed a random charge on my Amex from the shop even though I stopped going there. I contacted Lissandro, who offered to refund me via PayPal, but I ultimately decided to let Amex handle it.
    Overall, I’d advise anyone paying by credit card via Booksy to be cautious. My early experiences were good, but the lack of communication, scheduling issues, and unexplained charge really left a bad impression.

    Worst experience just for a line and for him to line up my beard it was 45 dollars . You can’t even tell I got touch up. It’s so many great barbers around that charge 30 or even 40 for a full haircut the customer service was very disrespectful. Coming from London I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Just like things of the generation good packaging but lack of service.
