About six years ago I just happened to be visiting the area and needed my hair done so I stumbled upon this place and loved it. My hair stylistname is Sylla and I can tell you she does an assum job and is always on time and never keeps you waiting. Now whenever I am in the area and need my hair done I always give her a call and she can always work with my schedule and fits me in... when I leave I am always satisfied and will keep coming back whenever I am in the area.

I'm a true believer that you can't let anyone play with your crown. Long gone are the days that I sit in a salon feeling taken for my coins, edges, patience, and sense! Needless to say, I have been going to Best Braiders since I was 19 years old (18 years)!!!! This place is everything you need in a braid shop and nothing you don't! No frills...just a reasonably priced braid shop.

I have sat in every chair in this shop and trust each woman to braid my hair to perfection. They are fast, gentle, talented, and able to do any style you can dream up or point out. Marie is my fave and I can't wait to bring my babies to her!

THERE'S A/C !!! *** EXPENSIVE *** they provide braiding hair and they sorta all work together to get things done -- WHICH SAVES YOU A BUNCH OF TIME. ..... which is just an observation, I made, as I was getting my hair braided. :-) and I was lucky enough to get a woman who DIDNT TAKE ANY BREAKS. She literally, sat down for 4hrs and braided my hair. Other than that, the place is packed, like any other black salon. Get there early.
