Carol was amazing her energy was very calm , she was confident and knew exactly what she was doing . She talked me through the entire step and made me feel comfortable. When I saw my results I was very happy and pleased . Ya girl finally got good looking eyebrows . I love you Carol ❤️
This is my second visit to this store. Both times, I went for brow lamination. However, this time results was average! The aesthetician couldn’t align the shape of my right brow to that with my left brow. Although during my first visit, the aesthetician was pretty good at her job. But for this second visit, I got another aesthetician who was very kind and sweet but was more engaged in advertising and selling Benefit products to me than fixing my brows. But kudos for being so nice and kind.
I found my new aesthie in Dani. Something happened with my appointment and she took me anyway when I was in a panic because my schedule was packed and I couldn’t come back later. She also suggested we go with a darker tint to match my hair, which I really appreciated. She is a perfectionist and will make sure your brows are flawless. I’ll be back to see her!
