What a great experience here! The customer service is top tier. Today was not my first visit, but it’s my first time ever getting a brow lamination service. I messed up my appointment time, and they were able to reschedule me with a different aesthetician on the same day. I wasn’t worried about an aesthetician change because I’ve been told by the manager (who I usually see) that everyone in this shop does fabulous work. Today, I had Jazz. She was amazing! I’ve had horrible experiences with lamination before at a different place, and she reassured me this time would be different. I had the brow lamination done by Jazziah and she was amazing. Very informative throughout the whole process! She made sure I liked the shape and was attentive to details. Love the result. Will be back.
