False advertisement!!! I purchased a Groupon. This groupon is advertised as a 60 minute facial with extractions and a glycolic peel. However that is not what you get. There is no actual facial just a peel, extractions, and some led light therapy. Less than par experience and a waste of time and money. I had a 3:30 appt with Sherry(the owner) . I arrived at 3:35 ( went to the wrong entrance of the building :-/). Upon checking in with the front desk I was informed that Sherry had just taken (about ten minutes before I arrived) someone else to the back. This is a one woman operation. And boy let me tell you, She's soooo pushy!! She tries to push extra services and products every two seconds. My facial felt rushed. Like she cleaned my face then applied moisturizer, something I could have done myself. Not a very special spa like experience... Meh :-/

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, she has weird hours like 7am - 9am. Very hard to get an appt during normal hours. I finally went for a Microdermabrasion and it was the worst service and worst voucher I've ever purchased!!! She spent 5 minutes to do a microdermabrasion. 5 minutes and I'm probably giving her an extra 2 minutes!! She wiped my face, went over it with the machine once and wiped it again. I couldn't believe it. When I asked her was that it, her response was "you said you have to go to work." I reported her to Lifebooker and requested an immediate refund and a cancellation of my other vouchers for that place. Sherry, you are... read full review
