Walked in and luckily they took me right away they had great selection calm peaceful environment they offer a neck massage while you’re getting your manicure, which was great for me cause I have trouble relaxing. I will definitely come back here. I looked out walking into this place.
When I moved to the Upper West Side, I assumed I would shop around all of the nail shops by me before deciding where I wanted my regular spot to be, but there was no need to keep looking after I went to Beauty Box! Every manicure I've had has been exceptional, and I always feel like getting my nails done was money well spent. Every technician here is so good, that I don't even request to see the same person each time I come - something I've always done at all of my past spots. Some names that come to mind of exceptional techs are Chelsea, Queenie, Vivienne, and Sue, but again, everyone I've ever had has crushed it. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this place — they’re just that good! I come here all the time, both on my own and with my daughter, and we’re always comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is warm, welcoming, and consistently does an excellent job, all at a fair price.
Having lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years, I can confidently say this is the best nail spot in the Upper West Side. Thank you for always making our visits such a pleasure!
