Sandy is a great loctictian but what matters the most she's a great person all around.. She cares and you could tell when she does your hair I been going to her for 2 years and my hair is super long..
When I first decided to start my Loc journey I was extremely scared ?I begin to go around Harlem as well as The Bronx and interview different locticians. I met Oumo and she made me feel so much better about starting my loc journey.
