Yesterday began with an invigorating workshop led by UNARTE from Spain, whose dynamic presence and precise movements set the tone for the day. In the intimate studio setting, they guided us through exercises that revealed their refined technique and expressive physical language—an early glimpse into the chemistry and discipline that fuels their stage work.

By evening, I found myself at Rockefeller Park for the Battery Dance Festival, ready to see UNARTE in their world premiere of Verso Roto. Went for a free fencing class from the New York Fencing Club. Nice space. Would benefit from bigger and better lockers. Got a bit stuffy with the fencing stuff too. Couldn't really open the windows due to winter.

Nice maintained studio. All conditions are good. And reasonable price. It's one of my favorite studio to rent. conditions are much better than ripley. em.. but of course, ripley has better location
