The check-in process was smooth & the entire procedure was explained thoroughly and professionally before start. This place is on top of scheduling and on time with every appointment. After my first session with Fannie, I'm very confident my experience will continue to exceed expectations by the time everything is complete. I've been coming here & the Herald Square location for over 2 months now and only have positive things to say! I've seen great results in all areas, very affordable, and great customer service. They're very responsive and check in to make sure you're receiving good results. Highly recommend this company & my technician Kellie!
Fannie is amazing and very patient! She was very detail-oriented during my service and is definitely a girl’s girl, making sure you are both comfortable and satisfied with the results! 1000% would recommend!!! Location/front desk is amazing and professional as well!
