Well, let's say, to start, I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews I read about B2C. I also had a problem with my first order item not being available. Let me say that is where the problems ended, and the most amazing customer service began. Patrick and his team, Sam and Adam, were amazing. Not only did they make it up to me, but they kept in great contact with me throughout the process and purchase. All I can say is it was a pleasure to get such amazing customer service and a truly unique, beautiful piece of art. I honestly wasn’t sure at first if B2C Jewels was legitimate because the diamond quality seemed almost too good for the price. After working with Ashley, I can confidently say this is absolutely a legitimate and outstanding business. Ashley walked me through the entire process — helping with the search, explaining options clearly, and guiding me to the right diamond without pressure. She made the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
