They are the Louboutin docs! Broke a heel (skinned the material off it, and broke the heel. Caught in a sidewalk crack) and they mended it PERFECTLY back together. Matched the color to a “T” (a robins egg blue). I was really blown away by their craftsmanship and care they took with my shoes. I live in Oklahoma and mailed my shoes in bc I heard they were the best in the biz and that was no lie.
They also wrapped my soles in Louboutin Red so they aren’t as slick anymore. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Alden are some of the finest shoes available on the market. Alden recommends B Nelson, exclusively, in New York City. Brought my shoes there for a small issue and it was addressed in no time, at no charge. Can’t recommend them enough.
