Attended a class at Avea after two weeks and it felt so good to be back! I always leave feeling so refreshed and look forward to my next class. Studio is always clean and everyone is so friendly :)
I love taking classes here. I did a private class when I first started which was so helpful and set me up well for the group classes. All of the instructors are so helpful and I appreciate when they correct my form. I even took my mom recently for a private duet class and she loved it so much. Highly recommend !
This is the best studio Pilates I have ever been too and I am a middle age woman who has done it all !!
The place is beautifully decorated and they have different rooms so that they could offer simultaneous classes at specific time slots where most people go .
All the instructors are great professionals , knowledgeable and experienced. Laura , Greg, Olivia and Carlton are my favorite ones !! However I know the owner would not hire instructors that are not qualified. Today I want to give my special thanks to Carlton .
