I love this Pilates studio! Not only the instructors are great, but the location is very clean and nicely furnished, the reformers are new, clean and well maintained. All classes are different which is great to work on all your body parts. Highly recommend!

I did my very first Pilates class at Avea Pilates Kips Bay and absolutely loved it! The studio is clean, bright, and welcoming. The small group format makes it perfect for both beginners and more experienced people — you get plenty of personal attention and guidance. Can’t wait to go back!
