best place i have been treated in new york BY FAR. nails are perfect, staff is perfect (especially Dan) and whole experience outstanding. best nail spa in new york!!! i loved coming here

1st time based off someone's recommendation. The pedi was pretty good, they paid extra attention on callouses but hurt me while cleaning thr edges of my toenails. Also hurt me during the mani especially when filing down the sides of nails, they were filing my skin instead. Worst of all, when using the motorized file, they really hurt my cuticles. I showed pics of the ombre mani I wanted and it was a pretty good attempt. But I noticed the mani was messy, glue all over my hands & polish bled past my nailbeds. 10/10 I think the nail tech name is Flo/Elo it was my first time there as a walk in. She took care of my nails safely, and cleanly. I have never had my nails painted with gel in such a great manner. She did not use that machine/drill that destroys your nail bed and thins your nail just to get a flat surface. She used several steps and i think everyone should see her. She gets a 10!!
