Dr. Kim has been my primary care physician for about 20 years. He is the consummate professional in every way. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and emotionally assessable. But the qualities that distinguish him, and make him really special, are empathy and caring. I know that he cares about me and my welfare and sometimes that means having uncomfortable conversations (about sex habits, etc.) He never judges and always offers encouragement and wise counsel.

I have been a patient of Astor Medical Group since they were at Irving Place. Dr. Kim has excellent bedside manners, is approachable, patient, caring and efficient. Medical appointments can be daunting but this office is super organized. I have never had to wait to see the doctor or to get any tests done. Arrive for your appointment and you're seeing within five minutes; if tests are required - they're done immediately. New office space is modern and pleasant (for a medical office). Their patient portal is great for pre and post visit communication.

I've been using this clinic for over 20 years and am totally satisfied with the quality of service I've received and continue receiving from the doctors. Dr. Kim in truly amazing, providing holistic care....the clinic treats you like family...very human. They are amazing in all aspects including quality of service, timing, a clean environment and courtesy...I totally recommend 10 out of 10
