Wonderful experience working with Mark in the Manhattan store, planning and choosing tile for my small bathroom. I shared my design and color ideas and he put together 3 different combinations for me to look at. He nailed it! I loved the creamy dolomite wall/ shower tile with a hexagon shower floor and a taupe porcelain floor. He walked me through all aspects of planning, measuring and executing my project with my contractor. No outside designer needed, just Mark at Artistic Tile!
5-stars is not enough to describe the stellar experience we had at Artistic Tile. From start to finish the staff exceeded our expectations - they showed infinite professionalism, knowledge about their products, and patience during endless emails and countless trips to their showroom for advice, and delivered exactly what I was seeking - a spa-like bathroom retreat. My heart jumps every time I walk past my new bathroom and I love looking at the new tiles. The staff has impeccable taste, helping me choose tile material and colors to match the floors with the wall. Stunning collection of tiles , stone and especially mosaics. Amazing company that makes many of their products right here in New Jersey-worth a visit. Some things can get very pricey but they also have reasonable porcelain options and bigger friendly materials available. Super friendly sales staff. Have used on many projects at my design business FODesign and clients are always very happy.
