If you grew up in nyc between 18-26 pick Huseyn. He’s great at cutting curly hair from 2A-3B. Really understands shaping and layering, was very vocal on what he was doing throughout the haircut and I was able to bounce my thoughts on what I want and didn’t want to get the perfect haircut. Came out maybe half an inch shorter than what I actually wanted but he’s a visionary and I can tell it’ll grow in really nice within 2 weeks. Hated getting haircuts because no barber can ever get my curly hair right and give a good fade, but he did.
I have been following Damir from one location to another for a couple of years now. Never disappoints, never cancels on you even when it's a blizzard out there. Wife is happy with the haircut, so I am happy with Damir. Bonus, they pour you a solid bourbon which is always welcomed after work.
Hands down the best barbershop experience I've had yet. I had Huseyn as my barber and he absolutely delivered. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed the cleanest fade. Unlike other barbershops, I never felt like my haircut was rushed. As someone who values high quality customer service, this place didn’t disappoint. Thanks!
