I recently had an appointment at Dr. Berg's office and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a professional and pleasant staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting room was clean and inviting, and to my delight, I didn't have to wait long at all before being seen. Dr. Berg was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my concerns. Overall, the visit was efficient and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Berg's office to anyone in need of quality medical care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Berg and the staff at Arcadia OB/GYN. I'm sorry that anyone had a bad experience here though. I was treated with respect during my procedure and intake. They are a very no-fuss, straightforward bunch, so if you're looking for straight answers and no BS, you'll be fine here. I did not come here for pregnancy concerns, so maybe my experience is different, but I was approved for my procedure with minimal amounts of having to explain myself & justify my reasoning. Dr. Berg just made sure I got all the right documents prior to my procedure and I was on my way! I had to call the front desk a few times prior and they answered all my questions and advocated for me when the hospital had a miscommunication with the office's surgery coordinator. I'm healing well from my procedure, which was significantly less painful than I thought it was going to be, and look forward to seeing them at my follow up appointment!
