They might need some help in terms of customer service. Wouldn’t count on their service. Instead of getting out from the shop satisfied and happy I got out being made ashamed by one of the employees.

My experience getting sunglasses from Anne & Valentine was top tier. They have a wide variety of colors and shapes available. The team there are extremely helpful with getting the perfect shape for your face and color for your lifestyle. After you pick all the specifics the turn around time is quick.

They also have an optometrist that comes in in case you need a prescription lenses.

I have relied on Anne Valentin for a number of years. In addition to the glasses being beautiful, the staff is so helpful, kind and considerate. Their customer service is the best I have seen in any store. Based on my experience my husband has also become a regular customer. It is noteworthy how often each of us are stopped my strangers to ask where we purchased our glasses. We joke that we are a walking advertisement for the brand (we each have multiple pairs)! We happily tell folks about the brand and excellent customer service.

Honestly, this is the best eyewear store I’ve ever been to. The staff is exceptional, and their approach to selecting frames is truly surprising. Serafine helped me find three new pairs of glasses, and they all look fantastic. She has impeccable French taste and an incredible eye for what suits you best!
The team always welcomes you with a smile and even offers a delicious espresso while you browse. Since getting my new glasses, I’ve received so many compliments from people on the street.
Their advice is thoughtful and professional, and Seraphine was an expert from the very beginning, guiding me through every option with patience and care. A big thank you as well to Tariq and Sebastian for making the entire experience so enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

I had such an amazing experience getting styled for new glasses at Anne & Valentin. Sophie is wonderful and has such a great eye. She pulled styles I wouldn’t have thought to pick for myself and helped me find the coolest frames that feel perfect for me. She was so thoughtful and attentive, and made the whole process really fun and bespoke.

I usually struggle to find frames that fit my smaller face, but not here. They had so many great options.

Dr. Rodriguez was amazing too—super knowledgeable and generous with her time, both during the exam and in helping me fine-tune my prescription.

I am extremely myopic. My new eyeglasses from Anne et Valentin are really comfortable, and the prescription is correct. I’m finding it easy to see through the different points of focus of the progressive lenses. All in all, I couldn’t be happier.
