Would give 0 stars if I could. These have been worn twice since being resoled. It actually damaged more than it helped. Avoid this place at all costs.

I needed new rubber tips on my heels and I was charged $45, which is exorbitant. He charges too much. Would not recommend just leaving your shoes without getting a price first..highway robbery

Took my Carlos Santos Handgrade shoes to fix since it made a squeaky sound from the sole. I ended up paying $110 just for him to add rubber sole protectors and heel taps without fixing the problem. He claimed that he fixed the squeaky sound but was never fixed. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. There is however another shop that I highly recommend right of 3rd Av and 43rd st ( eventually got my shoes fixed here for a much more reasonable price).

My ugg slippers needed to be cleaned and resoled. They were available for pick up after 48 hours. I was charged $55 which I thought was very reasonable. Fabulous customer service, 10/10 recommend. Will be returning.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment! I brought them two pair of men's dress shoes that were in bad shape, in fact another shoe repair shop refused to WORK on them - "too far gone." The person at Angela's was VERY nice and reassuring. He promised to do a good job, and offered me a price that was substantially lower than what had been quoted by 3 other establishments. When I picked up the shoes, they looked fantastic! Not only did they put on new soles and heels, they treated the leather (dry) so that it wouldn't crack, polished them, and even fixed other areas that were in need of work - all at NO extra charge! I was VERY HAPPY with this experience, and I am so glad to have found a shoe repair shop that I will gladly turn to for future needs!

Asked to glue a tiny spot of my shoe and I offered $5. He accepted but only cash or credit card if over $20. I found an atm and withdraw some cash with some transaction fee. I came back and found a few more spots to glue. He then asked for $20 for 5 spots. When the job is completed (in 5min) he said there were total 10 spots to glue, which we did not agree on in the beginning. He said this is how busines works. I am satisified with his job but he needs to be honest and be a little more consistant and transparent with his rate.
