My designer bag broke while I was walking with it this morning. Ironically, I was across the street from this shop. Very nice couple, and fixed both sides of strap on the spot. Excellent work. Thank you.
I can only say amazing things about Hector and his work !!! I’ve been taking shoes here for years and he’s repaired them for a very fair price and extremely well !!! There are always friendly and offer the best customer service experience ! I love that he will always also repair a suitcase if you need Or a bag …. I can’t say enough good about this shop !
Was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have been going for many years (10+) and he has done great work for me on a number of different issues, including on high end shoes. Never had an issue with the quality of the work and shoes have always been delivered on time.
