Dr. Chugh is a wonderful and knowledgeable provider! I started seeing her for TMJ Botox for my bruxism (teeth grinding.) She makes me feel safe and confident in her expertise and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for the foreseeable future!

I’ll write a long review later on. For now I want to say, if you want not only nice results, but also good services and attitude, don’t come here. They’ll fight back every single words of your complaints and will not take them seriously. I’ve been with this doctor since 2019 and feel very frustrating right now. Many things have changed. They can let you wait, forgot your appointment and be late. But they don’t allow you to be late for a few minutes. This is second time ever in my lifetime writing a google review. Will add more later on. You are here pay for beauty and services, you are not here pay for anger, arguments, and debate. It was so difficult to communicate them. I told them I could only do noon time but they still arranged time after 2pm. I told them I couldn’t answer phone calls only text messages. Even if they can text me, they still blaming me that I could not answer the phone. I did the fillers under the eyes and it was very subtle change. It cost me $2000 and more (check with this price so much higher than other doctors) and no impact at all. Each time there was a bruise for a long time and the doctor forgot to put the num cream…saying that because I was late (for 10 minutes). So ridiculous as my I did twice for this procedure, the first time she forgot my appointment and let me wait for at least 15 minutes. The second time she blamed me for late 10 minutes as an excuse of no num cream. They won’t apologize anything they did not appropriate and won’t give you the best treatment. I don’t know what I can expect from here. I blocked this place completely and will do research on how to report them on cosmetic medical board on New York.

Would you trust anyone who shows no respect towards their clients and repeatedly fails to uphold their own words to perform anything on your face? I had scheduled an appointment with them and asked whether the visit would be free or if I decided not to proceed. They said they'd charge $199 for the consultation. I expressed my uncertainty about this and they assured me that they'd waive the fee but still charge me for a no-show, which is fair.However, when I was in an Uber to their office the next day, they messaged me to reschedule the appointment for the following day. I explained that I was already on my way, and their response was that they could accommodate me but the appointment would start 30 minutes late, allowing me only 20 minutes. I decided to cancel and asked for reimbursement of my $23 Uber fare since the change was made at such a short notice. They promptly texted back and said that they could suddenly see me right away.

My true rating would be ZERO, but unfortunately, it's not an option. I used Anand medical Spa 3 times. 1st appointment seemed great, 2nd was so so, face a bit lop-sided, but seemed to correct, 3rd (& last!) time was a nightmare, and Dr. Chugh brushed off my concerns, had me wait 3 hours (I had to return to work for my own patients, and come back a 2nd time the same day, in the rain, she was still no where to be found, ignoring my calls & VM) for her to complete the proper follow up she neglected to do. The very friendly secretary tried to make excuses to cover for her, but I over heard her on the phone telling the receptionist to make something up and get rid of me (I was there for her to fix her mistake, yet she tried to avoid the appointment). When she finally came and fixed matters, she lied and blamed it on the receptionist "misscheduling the appointment" and not her (the doctor's) fault, and then proceeded to fake apologize, and claimed she still wanted me to come back... she didn't realize I'd overheard part of her phone call to "make something up and get rid" of me. I am not against another Healthcare provider making a mistake, but I am all for fixing it, and not bad mouthing your patient when you think they can't hear you... As a hard working nurse, serving the same community that she does, I'm just disappointed. Initially, I decided to move on quietly, as the initial experience was not bad, and a part of me hates speaking unpleasantly about other healthcare workers(this happened a couple of months ago) but when I received her holiday wish email today, thanking her (in so many words) 'high end clients' and saw the hypocrisy in that recorded video all over again, I knew I had to share this. Maybe if you're a news anchor or someone else with status in the community, she will roll out better treatment. But, if you are a hard working nurse, like myself, who's spent several thousand out of pocket at her office, be careful!!! If she makes a mistake, you are on your own, or expect her to "forget the appointment " for 3 hours....be forewarned!!

Simply put, Dr. Chugh is amazing. Dr. Chugh was very informative, and the minute I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. If you are looking for great non-invasive cosmetic treatments and wellness services, Dr. Chugh is the best!

Dr. Chugh is amazing. She is so knowledgeable, and honest, she's up to date with all the latest prodecures and techniques. I had zero bruisng, and the results far exceeded my expecpectations. She achieved exactly what I asked for. Pricing is fair & reasonable, She runs great specials. Hands down best choice for botox & fillers in Manhattan.
