Each session, she took a lot of time to understand what I needed ahead of the treatment and has been an incredible resource / source of knowledge. I first started going to her in 2nd trimester of my pregnancy with SI pain - which she addressed in one session and kept going throughout my pregnancy and PP. I was new to CST and I found it as helpful, if not more, than the deep tissue portion of the massage. I truly cannot speak highly enough of Amy - I’ve tried a handful of craniosacral therapists and she is easily the best. In each session I’ve had with her, I could feel certain holding patterns start to release and understood why they were there. She helped guide me to the root cause of multiple different issues I had stored in my body, and was incredibly gentle and nurturing the entire time.
The impact of her sessions has been nothing short of transformative. If you are looking into craniosacral therapy, she is the best of the best.

I have been a happy client of Amy’s for many years. I’ve always carried my stress in my neck and shoulders and every time I’ve seen Amy she was always able to slip me in on a last minute appointment.
Although it was recommended for me to see a physical therapist, Amy’s medical massage was the best course for me. She not only provides highly experienced medial massage but also goes the extra mile in recommending at home therapy treatment.
