I had a surgery and stayed overnight in August 2019 at NYU Langone on 11th floor, must say I had a really surprisingly great experience, with all the providers and my room was super nice and clean!

I had a very good evaluation but consistently bad experience with scheduling.You can with some patience schedule an evaluation on the phone. The only way to schedule a therapy appointment, however, is in person in the lobby of the building (make a left if entering from 38th St and follow the signs to Scheduling on the right). Prepare to spend about half hour there even with no lines. And you will not be able to change, only cancel, these appointments in the app.When you call to schedule a therapy appointment, the automated voice continually reminds you that you can make appointments in their app. You can't, therapists aren't in the app. Most of the people that answer...read full review
